Strategic Planning

This two-hour course will introduce the participant to the value of looking at the BIG picture while considering the implementation challenges that can often derail a well thought out Strategic Plan. They will be taught how to "Look to the end" (execution of a the elements of a Strategic Plan) as they consider their key strategic decisions.

 

Learning Objectives:

  • To understand the components of a Strategic Plan
  • To understnad how each component affects the other
  • To understand how to look at the "Big Picture", yet realize how the poor execution of a tactic may negatively affect the Strategic Decisions
  • To understand the interdependencies of Strategic Planning
